Phillipa Soo
Tony-nominated and Grammy-winning actress, singer, and "Hamilton" star
Phillipa Soo is best known for originating the role of Eliza
Schuyler Hamilton in Broadway’s critically acclaimed show
Hamilton. The role garnered her the Lucille Lortel Award in
2015 for Lead Actress in a Musical during the show’s Off-
Broadway, sold-out run at The Public Theater as well as
earning her a 2016 Tony Award nomination. Phillipa earned a
2021 Emmy Nomination in the category of “Supporting
Actress, Limited Series, Movie or Anthology” for the film
version of Hamilton, that premiered in July 2020 and is
available to stream now on Disney+.
Cliff Stevenson
Director of Research & Principal Analyst
Cliff Stevenson is Director of Research at Sapient Insights Group, a research and advisory firm providing data, insights and practical wisdom to solve HR challenges. Cliff was previously an analyst with Brandon Hall Group and the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp). Cliff’s experience as a human capital research analyst has focused on talent acquisition, data and analytics, performance management, retention, and attrition. Before becoming an analyst, he was the Head of HR for a Boston RPO firm.
