US "Authorized" Hacking?

Fascinating stuff. If anyone would have said this 12 months ago
(before Stuxnet) it would have been completely unbelievable that a
government might authorize someone hacking something. In my humble
opinion Gonzalez does have a hope of winning and will be in prison for
a good long time (scheduled release 2025!).
