Rating very high on the creepiness scale is the site:

Using metadata; that data about data that is built in to new technologies this site links an identity to a map location?? a tweet, and their picture; and allows visitors to send a message back to that identity.

I believe the folks who developed this had good intentions.?? They competely explain how they do what they do and offer information on how to thwart what they do.?? The site design is still creepy.
